Product application scope:

(1) Can be used as a heat transfer cooling working fluid for semiconductor dry etching, wafer testing, packaging, etc;

(2) Can be used as a thermal conductive cooling working fluid for various data processing electronic devices; Electronic product cleaning and processing agents;

(3) Can be used as an intermediate to synthesize fluorinated surfactants and other fluorinated chemicals; Solvent for anti fingerprint coatings such as electronic displays.

Product storage and transportation:

This product should be stored in a clean and dry warehouse, protected from high temperatures and direct sunlight, kept away from heat sources, strong acids, alkalis, oxidants, etc. It should not be stored together with acidic or alkaline substances; TUW-3283E is a colorless, transparent liquid, non flammable, and should be transported as a non hazardous material. During transportation, violent shaking should be avoided, and inversion should be avoided when stacking.
